Player Tiers and OVR

Expand your players’ development with Tiers at any point of their OVR progression!

OVR (Overall player quality)

The Overall quality of your player is represented by two components: stars and Tier increase. Stars are a player’s base quality that is improved during live matches and training sessions, in the Player Academy, with the help of different rewards and more. For each player, the base quality can be developed until a maximum of 180 is reached. Besides the stars, OVR can be permanently increased by adding a Tier to the player. While stars get adjusted with every League promotion, the key attribute increase from Tiers doesn’t deteriorate, and it remains applied throughout the seasons.

Player Tiers

Player Tiers give a permanent increase on key attributes of a player. As soon as a Tier is applied, the player’s white attributes are increased, and he is tiered up! The more key attributes, the greater the increase in the player’s OVR.
Regardless of his base quality, every player on the squad is eligible for a Tier increase, starting with the Rare Tier.

Contrary to the stars, Tier key attribute increase does not deteriorate with the League promotion. It is carried over from one season to another.

Tier Points

Use Tier Points to activate a corresponding Tier for a player. By collecting Rare Tier Points, you’ll be able to activate a Rare Tier increase on the key attributes for a player on your squad.
Participate in different events and features throughout the season to obtain Drop Balls and collect Tier Points to boost your squad’s OVR.
